Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are subject to Apple App Store refund policies. This means we cannot grant a refund if you made a purchase through the Apple App Store - please read Apple's in-app purchase refund policy and/or contact store support. If you purchased an automatically renewing Subscription through the Apple App Store and would like to cancel it, you will need to do so in your Apple App Store account directly. Users whose subscriptions are billed as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (iTunes), can request refunds through the App Store, which are issued solely at the discretion of request a refund.
